You can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please go to https://customer.amevetements.com and log in with the same email address you used to place your order to arrange your return. If you need any assistance, email us at support@amevetements.com — we’re here to help.

We will then provide you via email with the return address to which you can send your package. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.

 

Refunds

 

After we receive your returned item in its original condition with all tags and packaging, we will process your refund promptly to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Return Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

 

Return Conditions

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please note:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
• Exchanges are not offered at this time. If you wish to receive another item, we kindly ask you to place a new order after your refund has been processed.
