Algemene voorwaarden

1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Âme Paris and to every distance contract concluded between Âme Paris and the customer.

2. The Offer

We strive to present our products as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding for Âme Paris.

3. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs will be clearly shown during checkout.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full during checkout using the payment methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery

Âme Paris will process accepted orders as quickly as possible and no later than within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The customer will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including standard shipping costs, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to support@amevetements.com within a reasonable period. We aim to respond to complaints within 24 hours.

9. Warranty

We offer warranty in accordance with legal provisions. The warranty will lapse if defects are caused by improper use or if third parties have made changes to the product without the permission of Âme Paris.

10. Liability

Âme Paris is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. The liability of Âme Paris is always limited to the amount of the purchase order.

11. Privacy

We respect our customers' privacy and handle personal data confidentially, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on our website.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. We prefer to resolve disputes by mutual agreement. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
